• Check if the AC/HVDC wall socket charging is activated. To do so, double press the Power Button entering the menu and choose WALL SOCKET.

Choose the output mode in the menu (120V AC or 150V HVDC for US/JP version and 230V AC or 300V HVDC for EU/INTL version).

• Press the AC/HVDC button to activate the output 
• Check the corresponding icon on the screen.

• Check the tech specs label on your device's power supply on how many watts does it output and see if it falls under 100W (Omnicharge's maximum continuous AC output)
