Why is my Omni30C+ not charging my smartwatch?
The Omni30C+ supports wireless charging for Apple Watches only. For other smartwatch brands, please connect your watch’s charger to the USB port of the Omni30C+ to charge it.

What is the rated capacity of the Omni30C+, and why does my power bank not provide as many charges as expected?
The Omni30C+ is rated at 94Wh. During charging, part of the energy is lost as heat due to electrical resistance, meaning the actual power output will be lower than the rated capacity. This is a normal phenomenon for all charging devices.

How to clean the Power Station and Omni 30C+ chargers?

Why can’t I use a pass-through charging?
