Can I plug multiple Power Stations into the same power outlet?
The maximum power for each Power Station is 450W. Please use a socket that is suitable for this power rating and avoid overloading.

Why can’t the battery be fully charged on the Power Station?

Does the Power Station need an internet connection to work?
The Power Station only needs to be online if you subscribe to the PaaS (Power-as-a-Service) rental program. An internet connection is not required for regular unlocked usage.
Where should I deploy my Power Station?
Set up your Power Station on a hard, flat, and stable work surface that allows for adequate air ventilation around the unit. We recommend placing the Power Station with a minimum 10cm gap from any wall and maintaining a distance of at least 30cm betw
Why can’t I use a pass-through charging?
Pass-through charging on PS (Power Station) enterprise units is default OFF, and you cannot enable it to charge your devices in pass-through mode. This safety feature prolongs the battery lifespan and minimizes the strain on the battery cells.
Why Won’t the Power Station Charge the Units?
