Troubleshooting the Mobile 25600Updated 2 years ago
When troubleshooting Omnicharge products, start by conducting a full calibration of the unit. Begin by discharging the battery until it powers off, followed by an overnight charge.
If you're facing issues recharging your Omnicharge, consider using different charging cables and AC adapters. You can also attempt recharging using chargers designed for devices like phones or tablets. Additionally, try the barrel port on the Omnicharge, which follows the common 5.5 x 2.1mm standard.
If recharging problems persist, allow the Omni unit to charge overnight. This step can address situations where battery cells have been excessively depleted due to prolonged non-use. This method has succeeded in some cases after multiple attempts. If the first attempt fails, unplug the charger, wait for about 5 minutes, then plug it back in for another charge attempt.
Reminder: Ensure regular charging of your Omnicharge, even during periods of inactivity. It's recommended to fully charge it every 3-4 months.
