If your Power Station is connected to a wall outlet but does not power on, please check the following:

• Ensure that the power switch on the back of the unit is set to the ON position.

• Make sure the power cable is fully inserted into the Power Station’s AC input port.

• Confirm that the power cable is securely connected to the wall outlet.

• Try using a different IEC C13 power cord to rule out a potential cable issue.

• Plug the Power Station directly into a different wall outlet. We strongly recommend avoiding power strips or AC extension cables during troubleshooting.
